AI Solutions Engineer

About this role

You'll be the bridge between our platform and our customers' ambitions. Part strategist, part builder—you'll work directly with business and technical stakeholders to understand their challenges, translate them into AI solutions, and bring them to life through hands-on PoCs. This role is for someone who's equally comfortable in a boardroom and a codebase. You'll demo, you'll prototype, you'll guide—and you'll help customers see what's possible. Ideal if you can speak AI without the buzzwords, have built things that solved real problems, and genuinely enjoy helping others succeed.

What You'll Do

Work with customers to understand their business challenges and translate them into AI solutions

Build proof-of-concept implementations to demonstrate platform capabilities

Deliver compelling demos and technical presentations to stakeholders

Guide customers through solution architecture and implementation planning

Collaborate with product and engineering on feature requirements from the field

Create technical documentation and best practices for common use cases

What You Bring

Strong technical background with hands-on AI/ML experience

Excellent communication skills—able to bridge business and technical conversations

Experience building and deploying AI solutions in production

Comfortable with Python and common ML frameworks

Self-directed with ability to manage multiple customer engagements

Fluent in English; Dutch, French, or German is a plus

Bonus Points

Experience in customer-facing technical roles (solutions engineer, consultant)

Background in computer vision, NLP, or structured data ML

Familiarity with enterprise software sales cycles

Experience with regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government)
