Software Solutions Engineer

About this role

You'll work closely with customers to understand their challenges and deliver tailored software solutions. From scoping and architecture to hands-on development and deployment—you'll own the full journey from problem to production. This role blends technical depth with customer empathy. You'll translate business needs into working software, build PoCs that become products, and help customers realize what's possible. What You'll Do

Engage with customers to understand requirements and scope solutions

Design and implement custom software solutions on top of our platform

Build proof-of-concepts that evolve into production systems

Handle full-stack development from backend services to frontend interfaces

Deploy and support solutions in customer environments

Document solutions and transfer knowledge to customer teams

What You Bring

4+ years of professional software development experience

Strong full-stack skills (backend and frontend)

Experience with Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, and modern frameworks

Ability to work independently and manage customer expectations

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Fluent in English; Dutch, French, or German is a plus

Bonus Points

Experience in consulting or professional services

Background in AI/ML systems and workflows

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms

Experience with enterprise integrations and APIs
