Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits. You can upgrade your plan or purchase additional capacity. We never cut off your service without warning.
Do you offer a free trial?
We offer a 14-day free trial on all plans. No credit card required. You'll have full access to all features included in your chosen plan during the trial period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and SEPA bank transfers for EU customers. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice with NET-30 terms.
Can I export my data if I cancel?
Absolutely. Your data is always yours. You can export all your datasets, models, and configurations at any time in standard formats (CSV, JSON, ONNX, etc.). No lock-in, ever.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We're GDPR compliant and EU AI Act ready. For Enterprise customers, we offer on-premise deployment where your data never leaves your infrastructure.
